NODO Applications — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information NODO Applications collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. This document is a draft for legal review before production launch.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, information generated as you use the service, and information from third-party providers that support application processing.
2. Account Information
Name, email, phone, job role, preferred language, and login credentials used to create and secure your account.
3. Property Management Company Information
Company name, location, and the communities you manage, used to configure and operate your workspace.
4. Applicant Information
Information submitted through applications you collect, used to build and review application files.
5. Uploaded Documents
Files uploaded by you or applicants as part of an application, stored to support review and record-keeping.
6. Identity and Screening-Related Information
Where screening is enabled, limited identity information is shared with screening providers to return results. NODO does not claim to store Social Security Numbers unless and until that capability is actually implemented and disclosed.
7. Payment Metadata
For paid features we retain limited payment metadata such as transaction status, amounts, and processor references. NODO does not store full card numbers or CVV security codes; card data is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
8. Device, IP, and Audit Information
Technical data such as device, IP address, and activity logs used for security, auditing, and troubleshooting.
9. How We Use Information
To provide, secure, and improve the service, communicate with you, process applications, and comply with legal obligations.
10. Service Providers
We share information with vendors that host, secure, and operate the service, under agreements that limit their use of the data.
11. Screening Providers
Where enabled, screening providers process the minimum information needed to return requested results.
12. Payment Processors
Payments are processed by PCI-compliant processors that handle card data directly; NODO receives only limited metadata.
13. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
14. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access or disclosure.
15. Access Controls
Access to data is restricted based on role and need, and account data is scoped to the owning company.
